Case study - K & N property buying services

Nikki Smith and her father had a very strong property sales company in Spain but wished to appeal to a full UK or worldwide audience.

My solution was a simple website at first but it became apparant that the site would need maintaining too often to be affordable for them. I suggested investing in a property-house system custom-built for them. They were really excited at the idea of being able to manage their site by themselves.

 

They were very confidant in the build of the website, so they invested in other promotions directed specifically the website. Pens, flyers and business cards were produced for the website and were distributed at local events.

 

The website has been a great success, so much so they have decided to return for a second website based on the origninal, K&N Marine is in production and due later this year.
